As a lifelong resident, he knows the importance of protecting our land and way of life.
His entrepreneurial journey began in high school with a successful Pro-Audio Contracting & Mobile DJ Service, thriving for over 40 years.
Todd champions rural health initiatives, supports our communities, and is a proud family man.

Todd Caraway is a lifelong resident of Northeast Missouri who has dedicated his life to family, community, and conservative values. Married to his wife, Angela, since 1991, the two have raised three children - a daughter and two sons - while staying involved over the years in local schools, youth programs, and community organizations.
Todd attended Truman State University and showed his entrepreneurial drive early, starting his own DJ business as a junior in high school which grew into a Pro-Audio Contracting Service. A business that has lasted and thrived for over 40 years now. Professionally, Todd has built a successful career in sales, marketing, and technology implementation. Today, he serves as the Director of Sales and Implementation at Gray Swan Software, where he leads teams in delivering innovative billing and payroll solutions to clients nationwide, in the field of Consumer and Veterans Directed Services.
As a Conservative Republican, Todd has worked tirelessly to support causes and candidates that reflect his values. He is a member of the NRA, has served on numerous campaign committees, and has been an officer in the Adair County Republican Club. Over the years, he has also coached Little League baseball and volunteered as a scout leader in his community. Todd has supported and volunteered with the Friends of the NRA and also served on the board of a local Miss Missouri Scholarship Program for several years. His commitment to service is shared by his wife, Angela, who is currently serving on the Kirksville R-3 School Board in her second term.
Todd believes in hard work, accountability, and strengthening the community he has always called home. His lifelong record of leadership, dedication, and service make him a strong and trusted voice for Northeast Missouri.
